Actually, 3500 is about a normal price for a malaise barge in this condition. You can pick up a well-lived but driveable one for under a grand of you look around a bit.

I honestly had no idea. This is the first time I’ve seen one in this clean of condition and they’re not super common cars in my area.

I’m not sure they’re super common anywhere, to be honest. There will be between 0-3 at any given time on my local classifieds. That’s including shared platform Thunderbirds.

Love these. It’s a land yaht no doubt. My dad had one in the 80's when he lived in Florida. As far as the price, he paid $1500 for it in 1988.
